JConcepts have unveiled few option parts intended for use with the Team Associated RC10B7 series of 1/10th 2WD buggies. The popularity of the RC10B7 and RC10B7D has driven the crew at the Speed Shop in Groveland, Florida to design and deliver two new chassis for one of the hottest vehicles in the 1:10th off-road segment. The 7075-material chassis maintains many of the critical and standard mounting geometry but with black hard anodizing flavor and additional pocketing in a progressive pattern. The JConcepts standard length chassis weighs in at approximately 124g while the -4mm length chassis weighs in at approximately 122g, with the addition of the angular pockets. Both chassis provides racers another tuning option for the Team Associated ride.

Also new are the 0-degree and 2.5-degree front bulkheads. The front bulkhead is one of the most crucial design items on a 1:10th off-road racing buggy. JConcepts is now offering an aluminum option for the RC10B7 | RC10B7D which replaces the stock unit with some additional considerations for durability. The 7075-aluminum machined item with 0-degree allows the vehicle to maintain its original kick-up angle while the 2.5-degree variant allows the racer to alter the kick-up angle of the buggy. These optionals are designed by the Speed Shop from Groveland, Florida has laser marked etching for directional operation and features the weight displayed for the technical racer.

The ability to add or remove weight in a race car is the adjustability racers lust for. The new steel servo weight plate by JConcepts is adjustable and features 2 pieces. The main body of the plate weighs 9.5g making it slightly heavier than an aluminum option. Adding the included an optional insert of 8g boosts the weight to a combined 17.5g making it a hefty and adjustable item. The all-steel construction is black oxide coated, and laser etched for identification.

One of the best upgrades you can make to any new vehicle is to reduce weight. JConcepts has designed a user friendly and light-weight titanium axle specifically for the Team Associated RC10B7. The blooming flower design offers individual pads to support the wheel. This allows the part to reduce even more rotating weight on the axle and with the titanium material supporting the load, offers great durability. The titanium material axle anodized in either burnt blue or stealth black has performance and aesthetic advantages.

Last but not least, JConcepts introduces their new -2mm carbon fiber front and rear shock towers. Development is always ongoing in the hands of racers looking to shave tenths of a second off their lap-times. The latest trend involves a lower shock position with -2mm shock towers which requires a -2-shock eyelet (not included) adjustment to retain proper droop and up travel. Racers lowering their shocks on the vehicle using towers like the new JConcepts -2mm option have shown a lot of promise on high-bite track conditions, and particularly those with high-speed sections. The result is a vehicle with a lower CG that tends to corner faster, transition quicker, and more responsive for 21.5, 17.5, and modified class drivers.

The JConcepts team builds, tests, and travels the world to support the brand and gather valuable driver feedback in search of the best appearing and performance items on the market. The product is designed in the U.S.A. and always backed by JConcepts customer service, supported, and developed by professionals with style. Look for reputable dealers and distributors and demand authentic products – choose JConcepts.
