Infinity have introduced a new aluminium upper knuckle set and front body mount set intended for use with their IF18-3 1/8th on-road car.

Not only rigidity been increased by using 7075 aluminium, but the pivot height has been raised by 2mm compared to the standard part, providing more responsive steering and changing the camber change rate. To ensure clearance inside the wheel, the ball has been downsized from 8.5 to 8.0mm and the screw cap from 10 to 9mm and tilted by 10°. A specially prepared 8mm titanium ball is included to ensure proper steering angle. The main body is hard anodized.
Revival of the plastic front body mounting plate that was a standard item on the Infinity 1/8th racing first model and IF18. It subtly reduces the powerful front downforce from the body for smoother steering characteristics.
