Hobbywing have announced the release of their new XeRun 4268 and 4278 SD G2R electric motors for 1/8th scale applications. Their sensored design provides linear smooth response and when paired with the EzRun MAX8 G2S ESC, these brushless motors offer unmatched performance. The EZRun MAX8 G2S speedo can identify the motor to provide the best performance. When paired with the EzRun MAX8 G2S ESC, the overheat protection can be used to prevent any motor damage from overheating.

Both motors feature Hobbywing’s patented waterproof design for both the output shaft position and wire outlet housing. Combined with a new type of induction line interface, they achieve an IP67 protection rating, ensuring outstanding waterproof and dustproof performance. Plus, the motors effortlessly withstands various weather conditions and harsh environments.

The new XeRun 4268 SD (2500KV) and 4278 SD (2250KV) adopt high-hardness aluminum alloy CNC shell, high-quality bearings of first-line brands, ultra-thin silicon steel sheets of first-line brands, high temperature-resistant oxygen-free copper wires, and high-toughness alloy output shafts to provide excellent performance for the motor.
