Prezados Participantes,
Lamentamos informar que, devido a um apagão e à previsão de demora no restabelecimento completo da energia elétrica — que pode levar vários dias —, não teremos condições de realizar a prova IBC em Barcelos nas datas inicialmente previstas. Além disso, não podemos garantir as condições necessárias de som, cronometragem e transmissão. As condições meteorológicas atuais, embora permitam a realização com restrições, não são 100% favoráveis para a realização adequada do evento.
Por estes motivos, a prova IBC terá de ser suspensa.
As novas datas para a realização do evento são os dias 16, 17 e 18 de maio de 2025.

Official Communication – Suspension of the IBC Event in Barcelos
Dear Participants,
We regret to inform you that, due to a power outage and the expected delays in the full restoration of electricity — which could take several days — we are unable to proceed with the IBC Event in Barcelos as initially scheduled. Additionally, the conditions required for sound, timing, and streaming cannot be guaranteed under these circumstances. Furthermore, the current weather conditions, although permitting activities with restrictions, are not entirely favorable for the proper realization of the event.
For these reasons, the IBC Event must be suspended.
The new dates for the event are now scheduled for May 16th, 17th, and 18th, 2025.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you soon under better conditions.
