EFRA’s annual general meeting was held this weekend in Brussels, Belgium. As usual, a wide range of topics were debated to improve the running of events, and the highly anticipated provisional calendar for the 2025 season was unveiled.
2025 EFRA European championship calendar:
- March 28-30 – 1/12th (Zwevegem, Belgium)
- June 06-08 – 1/8th E-Buggy (Valladolid, Spain)
- June 18-21 – 1/8th GT nitro and electric (Leipzig, Germany)
- June 25-28 – 1/10th nitro touring car (Apeldoorn, Netherlands)
- July 01-05 – 1/8th nitro buggy (Barcelos, Portugal)
- July 18-20 – 40+ 1/8 nitro buggy (Herfortshire, United Kingdom)
- July 21-26 – Large scale off-road (Fehring, Austria)
- July 28-02 – Large scale TC/F1 (Luxembourg, Luxembourg)
- July 28-02 – 1/10th off-road (Trencin, Slovakia)
- Aug 13-16 – 1/8th on-road (Halifax, United Kingdom)
- Aug 22-24 – 1/10 electric touring car (Utrecht, Netherlands)
- Aug 26-30 – Worlds 1/8th E-Buggy (Barcelos, Portugal)
- Sept 03-06 – 40+ 1/8th and 1/10th nitro on-road (Gubbio, Italy)
- Sept 12-14 – 1/8 Euros B nitro buggy (Gussago, Italy)
Control tires are now mandated for the 1/8th IC buggy B European championship for 2025. This new rule allows each tyre manufacturer to nominate control tires for use during the event. The complete details of this are yet to be determined.
